Danielle Dailey has been in the dental industry for just over 27 years and was one of the founding members of the BAM Leadership League in 2018 where she serves as President.  In addition, she also is the Office Manager of South River Dental Care in Edgewater, Maryland.  She became a lifetime member of AADOM in 2006 and was inducted with the inaugural class to receive Fellowship with the organization in 2010 and then went on to obtain her Master distinction in 2024.  Over the course of her career, Danielle has developed a passion for not only helping and educating her patients but also leading her fellow dental administrative community.

 When Danielle isn’t behind her computer, she enjoys spending her weekends at the race track or in the football stands cheering on her favorite team with her husband and 2 sons.

Vice President

Lora Graetzer, DAADOM, DISIPC is a seasoned dental professional with a passion for leadership, patient care, and personal growth. As the current Vice President of BAM Leadership League and Office Administrator for Rita M. Kurek, D.D.S., P.A., Lora brings over two decades of experience to her roles.

A dedicated advocate for dental education, Lora has been a Lifetime Member of AADOM since 2019 and has achieved the distinctions of Fellow (2020), Master (2023), and Diplomate (2024). She was awarded a AADOM Practice Administrator of Distinction (2023) and Office Manager of Distinction (2024). Her commitment to professional growth is evident in her extensive background in finance and her pursuit of a Dental Radiation Technologist license and DISIPC (2022) designation issued by DANB/OAS.

With a deep understanding of patient acceptance and success, Lora believes in the power of knowledge and effective treatment plan presentations. Her ability to create a welcoming and efficient office environment has contributed to the success of Dr. Kurek's practice for 19 years.

When immersed in her personal endeavors, Lora loves spending time with her family exploring new outdoor adventures. Living along the Chesapeake Bay lends itself to an abundance of nature hikes and watersports.  Her passion for personal growth includes audiobooks, yoga, and mediation. Creating in the kitchen and experimenting with flavors adds a touch of spice to her life.

Director of Member Success

Elizabeth Capecci serves as BAM Leadership League’s Director of Member Success. Her journey began in the beauty industry, where she managed hair salons, before transitioning to dental assisting where she found her true passion for patient care and supporting her team’s growth. In 2020, she stepped into the role of Office Manager at Baltimore Dental Co., a position that ignited her love for learning and ultimately led her to the AADOM community.

 As Director of Member Success, Elizabeth is committed to empowering members to reach their full potential while providing access to exceptional dental education. She believes that when individuals thrive, the entire community benefits.

 Outside of her work in dentistry, Elizabeth enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her husband, Ryan, and their three adventurous children. She also loves to express her creativity through baking, brewing her own kombucha, getting lost in a good book, and crafting unique projects.
